Each Wednesday, Emily, @ Notorious MLE, Danielle, @ Elleinad Spir, and myself are working our way through the lists of Listography 2011.
first came the affirmations.
now for the PLAN OF ACTION...
(a "list" of our summer to-do's)
...because without a plan, things could get a little hairy.
What's on your agenda this summer?? If you've got a post to share, head over to Emily's to link it up, or share with a comment {always up for more ideas... good thing we've got a little room left on our list =)}.
our list? well thankfully grant isnt old enough to tell me everything he wants to do so i get to pick but that can be a bad thing since i cant read his mind and dont really know what he would love to do! we have a beach trip, 4th of july trip and some summer parties that will hopefully keep the whole family happy and insane!
ReplyDeleteHahaha! Oh my! How cute! I love it.
ReplyDeleteLove your list. Much more visual than mine: http://mwazloves.blogspot.com/2011/05/summer-fun-list.html
ReplyDeleteA lot of the same things though. What is Summer without picnics, pools, and ice cream?
I love how you guys drew your list!
ReplyDeleteFirst off, that is awesomesauce. Second... do I see a kids "cookbook project" in there on the upper left-hand corner. You know that I heartily aprove of cookbook projects. :)
ReplyDeleteBest summer list ever. I think I'll make one of my own. Every season. As a tradition. It will likely be less cute, since a grown woman (as opposed to children) will be doing the drawing, but that's a risk I'm willing to take.
ReplyDeletei was just about to write my summer bucket list and (amazingly) got distracted by my blog reading... LOVE how you "organized" yours. (although i don't see a CORN DOG anywhere on there and this concerns me ;) you've inspired me. can't wait for ava to get home from school so she can help me make ours!
ReplyDeleteI love how it turned into an art project! And I am a fan of your list, I will have to refer back to it for some summer inspiration :)
ReplyDeleteI'm a fuddy-duddy! I really don't have any summer plans. I kind of schedule life by the week. Oh! We will go to the midnight screening of the final Harry Potter movie; does that count?!
ReplyDeleteI love it!! That air mattress is the best :)
ReplyDeletexo,
c
I love how you all wrote the list as an art project! And I'm with Carrie..."sleep on air matress" is my absolute favorite. (Especially because it looks like you wrote sleep and someone added the air mattress part...ha!)
ReplyDeleteHow fun is that?? Love it! We plan on lots of zoo and aquarium visits this summer!
ReplyDeleteI'm in love with your list and your piece of art. What a treasure. I'm stealing the idea for when Emerson gets a little older. Love the idea of having that visual reminder. And this is such funny timing because I'm posting my summer list tomorrow!
ReplyDeleteHow cute Torrie...this might be one of my favorite posts of yours!!! Lately Ariyana has had more of a social life than Aneesh and me. Aquarium, Children's Museum, Science Museum, and Art Museum all in one week!!! seriously I wish I was a kid again :)
ReplyDeleteoh my goodness this is just the cutest!!!!
ReplyDeleteHi I just found your site ! And I think its adorable! I will be following you too!
ReplyDeleteThanks ...:)
that list and drawing is ridiculously awesome!!
ReplyDeleteYou should totally frame that piece of art ~ fancy frame all the way!
ReplyDeleteoh my gosh this is adorable! I love all the illustrations!
