As more time goes by, the more I realize that the days I dedicated to writing, reading, commenting, & best of all~ connecting with new friends- beyond my own four walls- will always remain some of the best days of my life.

That said, I plan on getting back to it... or better stated~ making time for it.

Thanks to my beautiful, hilarious, soulful {#505} friend (&, like most of my 'blogger friends'~ we have never met. in person that is. but we will! beer/wine/coffee/green chili aplenty), I have an ENTRYWAY:).

She asked if I would fill out one of those questionnaires that I (apparently, we!) love so much. They are without-a-doubt the first pages that catch my eye in a magazine... Wasn't Real Simple the first to feature the ones with 'real' [non-famous or high-profile] people? Well, those were definitely my favorites. The ones I could relate to. I was honored that she asked me, & was overly excited to participate.

Thought I'd share it with you... & more importantly, share her, & her creative space so that you could get to know this lovely soul for yourself. {Here you go!}

{how can you not love a person who takes a picture like this??}

  1. Miss reading you! I remember the good old days of blog questionnaires. They should totally be brought back and not just reserved for high profile people/bloggers.

    1. Thank you so much! I truly expected NO comments (NO readers), & this was such a happy surprise. It feel really good (hard to explain but I think you get it!) to write/publish a post after all this time- a different feeling than I get from IG/FB... And I can’t wait to get back to *reading others’ posts too (which went away along with writing). I went to your site (to get your email address), and saw that you too are getting back into posting. YAAAAAAAAAY! ...Preparing for a weekend of {girl scout camping}, but Monday, I can’t wait to shake off the dust, & dig into my reader (which I still haven’t gotten fully used to navigating after Google reader btw) ;).

  2. Ok, I was literally just thinking about your blog today and how you hadn't posted in a while. With Instagram I feel like I stay connected with you, but I was thinking about how I miss your longer writing. It's always one of my favorite reads. (But no pressure. Real life takes precedence) :))

    1. WOW! ...talk about putting a smile on my face!! You know what~ as good as it felt to write/publish that post, I think I NEED a little pressure! ...a reminder to make time to do what I love- even if there is “so much to do”. I clicked on your blog to see if you are still posting (have not attended to my reader in far too long), and YAAAAAY... You are! I feel the exact same way about your writing (especially those long posts ;)), and as I’ve told you before~ I always leave so inspired. (& nostalgic... remembering the days when I first discovered you & your little spot) I look forward to re-connecting, beyond IG :).

    1. Thank you!! I got this message while we were camping, & I didn’t know who it was! So happy to hear from you... and in trying to attain your email (rebooted/reset... whatever it’s called ;)... our computer & lost all of our Outlook contacts), I looked at your blogs (which I have not done in far too long... yours, or anyone’s :(), & WHOA! Those pictures are absolutely stunning! I know I am connected with you on FB, & IG, but they are even more beautiful on your site, in full view (well, as full as you can get via a computer screen). And your ‘suburb experiment’?! Yay! You’re still posting your style/outfit pics! It gives me a happy, nostalgic feeling, and I can’t wait to get back to regular reading. Really... very excited.
