You are a phenomenal mom, as is evident by your amazing children. I think it is completely normal to question every little thing you do as a mom, I know I sure do and I only have a little one. Just know that you are always doing your best at any given moment and you're kids will grow to understand that in their own time. But I know, it's just so tough because you're constantly working to dial it just right. And the truth is, there is no magic formula for parenting success. Hang in there and be kind to yourself.Estelle Hayeshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11404807147588274282noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-76101787963356519.post-43798005950016532652011-02-27T13:51:57.759-08:002011-02-27T13:51:57.759-08:00Well, I am not a parent yet, but I am a teacher an...Well, I am not a parent yet, but I am a teacher and I can tell you that you are supposed to feel like that! I am constantly questioning whether or not I did or said the right thing and wishing I would have reacted another way etc. We are not perfect. But the good news is that it's awesome that you think about this and worry about being the best mom you can be. Because let me tell you - a lot of parents don't care (I see it in schools all the time, unfortunately!) You wouldn't be human if you didn't make mistakes. It sounds to me like you are doing an amazing job!Jesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01089023115616387475noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-76101787963356519.post-62829114875247615022011-02-27T05:21:51.135-08:002011-02-27T05:21:51.135-08:00You are doing more than enough. As parents all we can do is trust we are doing the best job we can and trust God will take care of them when they are out of our arms and into this big world. I think it is comforting to know that we all feel this way and thanks so much for sharing it. Even though G is still very young, I worry about the same things and I think I always will.I hope Jacob had a great day yesterday and that ya'll have a wonderful weekend, bootcamp and all! I think it's filled with thoughts and feelings that all parents have. And the fact that you are conscious of these thoughts lets me know that you are in fact an amazing parent.
